RIO’s Avalon Light Permit Shrimp

The Avalon is one of the best permit shrimp flies around, with lead eyes for quick sinking and to keep it crawling on the bottom. The fly features a mono loop with beads on the bottom that helps keep the fly riding hook point up and adding a clicking noise.
